Hello,

I have a new PC with a modern gpu (rx580, 8 gb vram) and the latest drivers, however Photoshop doesn't allow me to enable the option "use graphics processor" inside the performance settings.

The system information windows has the following line in it:

The GPU Sniffer crashed on 08.01.2021 at 17:47:03

The sniffer-out.txt file has the following content:

Number of Launches: 11
stdout:
# Photoshop Version: 20201125.r.94 2020/11/25: 4b16c876033
Tester="Photoshop"
snifferStart="2021-01-08_17:47:02"

PS 22.1.0

But I already solved it myself. I managed to fix the problem by un- and then reinstalling the amd gpu drivers.

Which version of Photoshop are you using? If Photoshop 22.1 is your new PC running Windows 10 that is required for PS 2021 support.
