Hi

First, it is never a good idea to edit a file, save it as jpeg, open it redit it , save again as jpeg ...etc. The reason is that jpeg uses lossy compression and that degrades the image every time it is used. This is cumulative. So best practice is save a master as PSD or TIFF which can be reopened , edited and resaved as many times as you like. You then use File >Export to export a jpeg copy for web use.

Now your issue. It sounds like you have a corrupted file. Can you attach it, by going to your  post and click "more" then "edit" and then using the attach files underneath the posting box. It may show us what is wrong.

In that case are you sure it is a jpeg file?
