I changed my sync folder in the creative cloud app and after that i cant see the history of the files i have saved to my creative cloud. All version history on all files is gone and the feature has just seemed to disapear, just like when files are saved on a hard drive. How do i fix this? Thank you

If we are talking about the same thing, you may be out of luck as Adobe are no longer supporting preset syncing.

Mine was gone too. I was about to use that feature, but it's gone. That tool was very useful to me.

I don't think Adobe disabled this feature, as I saw this link below about how to use it, and it was updated just last month. Perhaps a bug?

Did you mark the Version History states you wanted to keep? As shown in the screen shot below, it says that any un-marked states are deleted after 30 days. If you did not mark any states and it’s been more than 30 days, then it’s normal and expected for them to be gone. The screen shot below is from the Photoshop desktop app, but it works the same in Creative Cloud in a web browser.

Where did you change the “sync folder,” can you show a screen shot? I don’t think changing the sync folder would have any effect on this, for two reasons: A sync folder is specific to one computer, but the version history isn’t: Version History is maintained at the Cloud Documents server, independent of any client. The other reason is that if you are talking about the old sync folder for Creative Cloud Files (synced files), those are different than Cloud Documents so that setting would not affect Cloud Documents Version History; and also, Creative Cloud Files is discontinued.

I didn't know there's a Version History tab in PS. I usually check my file history in CC. Anyway, thank you for this! I can see them now.

Great!

One of the advantages of Cloud Documents is that their features are visible across all forms of the app: Windows/Mac, mobile, and web. Version History is a Cloud Document feature, so you can always check Version History for the same document in Photoshop for Windows/Mac, Photoshop for iPad, and Photoshop for the web.
