CC 2018 very slow when use GPU acceleration

System info:

X99 Motherboard
CPU Intel 6800
32GB RAM
GPU NVIDIA 1070

Win 10 System, All apps and drivers are up to date.

When using GPU acceleration, PS CC 2018 is slower than normal. I noticed when open a file with layers, if I do zoom +/- then try turning on/off those adjustment layers, I got lag. When I just open the file, do nothing but turn on/off adjustment layers, no lag.
When turn of GPU acceleration, those action work instantly(but I lost the smooth zoom +/-).

Downgraded to CC 2017, still same problem. However, this problem showed up when I upgraded from 2017 to 2018.

Any idea?

    Same thing happens here time by time.. my "solution" is a _full_ display driver clean (use DDU cleaner )Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.8.2
    and reinstall the last stable nvidia driver..
