I'm suddenly missing CC Libraries in my Photoshop menu and palettes and can't determine how to find it. This actually happened a while back and I just figured it was a bug and would be fixed in the next update. I'm pretty sure there has been an update since, and still no CC Libraries to be found.
And I don't mean the content won't load in the Libraries palette. I mean there is no mention of libraries anywhere, including when I search for it in under the Help tab. Libraries work fine in all my other CC apps.
Is this a bug or am I missing something obvious?
Thanks in advance for any help! -WB

I also have this problem AND, the EXPORT AS function spontaneously stops functioning. In order to get them back, I have to delete all my preferences and start over - setting up the workspace and getting the preferences right. This happens once every other week or so.
I work in Photoshop almost every single day. So, this is not something I like to repeat on a regular basis. Workspace setup is important for my workflow.

Each PS's update brings new challenges 😞
I have the same situation. The CC library is lost in the PS, but at the same time I can see my CC Library in Bridge.

this helped! Thank you.
Why does Adobe try to make the user experience more tough and challenging with each update/version? That's the question.

I tried this but my Legacy Extensions are greyed out in my preferences. I have not be able to access the Libraries in Photoshop only for the past three versions. I can access them in every other program in the CC.

Hi, @leahr2120873! Have you been able to try resetting your preferences yet? You can find out how to do that here: https://adobe.ly/4gwG02L.
If you have and it's still not working, could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing and some more details about the issue? Thanks a lot!
