Change keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop

Hello. I want to assign the Photoshop CTRL+ENTER shortcut to another key, how do I do it?

I think you can not assign that shortcut. Enter is confirmation key.

Many of the shortcuts are hardwired and cannot be changed, especially some that are Photoshop-wide, like a commit function.

There should be a feature request to be able to customize way more shortcuts, like the Video apps can do.
