I want to create a series of images that have a very similar look and feel.
I have mono images that I would like to change to a singular colour - say dark blue (RGB) - how do I do this in Photoshop?
Try a gradient adjustment layer and set a gradient to the colour(s) that you want black, and white, pixels to become.

How about a color fill layer set to lighten? Anything black would convert to blue.

Hi @Scintilla_UK there are many ways to do this. One I've used in the past is to create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and set the Hue/Saturation to Colorize (checkbox). The convenience is you can drag this adjustment layer to multiple images to apply.

Thanks Kevin,
But I want everything that is currently "black" to be blue - I hope that makes sense? The image you show looks more like a duotone to me.
