How can I change the generate image assets folder on windows?

By default all images are saved to:

C:\Users\<userName>\Creative Cloud Files

I want to change this at will.

Which version of photoshop are you using?

As far as i know the Assets are supposed to be saved in a folder in the same location as the source psd file

or to a folder on your desktop if your working on an unsaved document.
