Changing foreground color

When the Brush tool is active, I used to be able to Alt click on a pixel to change the Foreground color. Now it changes the Background color.

Did the shortcut to select the Foreground color when using the Brush tool change to a different shortcut?

Choose Window > Color and choose the Foreground box. It will reset the tool to Foreground/

You can also change foreground color and with X simply change it to background
