Clone Stamp tool doesn't show preview overlay. Newest Update, MacBook M1

My PS is up to date (22.4.2) and I can't use the Clone Stamp tool like I'm used to. It doesn't show a preview. I already checked the clone stamp panel, and made sure "show overlay" and "clipped" are checked. I also restarted photoshop and my laptop. 

It also shows the wrong brush size, and keeps showing a brush as a curser, even when I use something like the lasso tool or the crop tool. 

I guess this is a bug with the new update? Or is there something else I could try. 

Does someone else have these issues?
