I updated from 2023 and now color mode acts the same as normal mode. I tried restarting photoshop but it didnt change anything, what is going on here??? For reference I have opacity at 100 and flow at 1 and its creating soild color not just color. I even changed the layer from Normal mode to Color mode and its still opqaue color. Any ideas?
