Thank you for answering.  Do all photoshop packages allow for colour fill on an image - I simply cant work out how to do a colour layer.  I pay £9.97 a month.

Every plan on Creative Cloud has the full version of Photoshop. (i.e., The version of Photoshop in the Photography Plan is the very same version as in the All Apps plan.)

There are a few ways to fill a layer with color. The non-destructive version is simply to use a color fill layer. (How you composite is totally up to you at that point.)
