Command+K doesn't split clip at playhead

I changed my shortcuts because when I was hitting Command+K it was opening my preferences instead of cutting the clip I'm using, but now the shortcut doesn't do anything. I don't know where to go to find where to make a shortcut for it, and I'm really struggling lol. Does anyone know where I can go to change the shortcut to split at playhead?
