I want to convert colorful image into 2 color (cyan & black). Leaving the text as pure black and rest of the color into cyan. Is there any simple way ? Coz i got a lot of image to convert.

Hi
Try a gradient map adjustment layer - mapping black to black and other shades to shades of Cyan

Text black, the rest cyan.
It seems your type and image are on the same layer. The black will remain black if you:
Set the Foreground Color to Cyan and then
Edit > Fill with Foreground Color with the Blending mode set to Color.

You can use:
- Gradient map Adjustment from Image > Adjustment > Gradient map.
or
- Using any adjustment like Channel Mixer/Hue & Saturation with Colorize ...
But it is depending on what you need exactly.

My previous post assumed that your designation of Black was 100% black. It is actually two shades of gray. In that case, make a duplicate layer of image, select and mask the graph and the the key (strip of boxes). Then choose the image symbol to the left of the mask in the Layers panel and Edit > Fill with the Foreground (Cyan) color and the Fill Bending mode set to Color.
