Could not complete your request because of a program error and more!

Hi guys,

This is a big problem and I could really use some assistance.

Each time I try to save my file this error pops up, I think its ram related beceause each time i turn off all layers except for the background one it saves just fine. 

I tried merging all the layers into 1 but then I to get an program error pop up.

I am all out of ideas, allocating more ram to photoshop, new document, saving as new file. Nothing works, I need to fix this because the piece is a gift for new years!
