could not open because of a disk error photoshop

could not open because of a disk error photoshop when trying to open from lightroom. I am using photoshop 25.4 version. Can anyone help me with the fix?

@girish26808779rqrg did you ever have the Photoshop beta installed?

If so uninstall both beta and public release then reinstall the public release only.

No Kevin, I never installed any beta version. Still I tried uninstalling and installing photoshop again. Still having same issue.

That snapshot does not look correct @girish26808779rqrg the used is only 10.3 GB?

Photoshop 2024 alone is 5.21 GB and the Mac OS System folder is ~12-14 GB in size.

That doesn't include any documents or downloads you may have.

Something isnt adding up (literally).

What happens if you run First Aid on the drive?

Comparatively - this is mine. Granted I've partitioned but you can see with Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud (not just PS) and other documents saved my disk space usage is a lot larger than 10.3 GB.
