Creating a Generator Config file?

Is there any app - even third party, that will help create a generator (assets) config file? 
I know there was an extension but it's no longer supported on Silicon Macs (or Photoshop > 2022 I believe) and I'd like to change a couple of settings but can't find any example config files - or a default one for that matter.

Does anyone have one I could use as a starting point please?
