Creating a transparent background on a watercolour and text jpg.

I've tried using the Layer Option panel but it's either leaving white pixels from the background, or removing too much of my image. Any assistance is greatly appreciated please.

@Sarah22545596uchl I don't think it's possible with that image, I just increased the contrast to see what going on, and it doesn't look good
