Just gonna love the fact that out of nowhere either adobe [cursing removed] or i simply don't know, i used to create a kinda of "3d" effect, which was bassicly creating a text and then using stroke effect on it then using ctrl t and i clicked on a up arrow, tthen i would use ctrl shift alt t so the laywers would create a copy of the transformation going upwards to create a kinda of 3d effect, well it turns out that this keyboard shortcut stopped working but its funny cause all of the others one are still working just fine, installed, reinstalled changed all keyboard layouts on both windows and in photoshop, photoshop is fully updated, unistalled changed the folder directory, reseted configurations i did exactly EVERYTHING THAT IS GUIDED ON INTERNET, even tried to contact adobe via twitter, but since they are so slowy to awnser and i need a solution pronto.

Also Iam Using windows 11 and photoshop is version 2022, but i also installed the 2021 version and 2023 and the problem still remains.

I'm having this same problem. It literally stopped working *in the middle of me using it*. It worked fine the first bunch of times. The the next bunch of times it started creating a shrunk version of the layer. Then after restarting Photoshop it just stopped working entirely.

Its called Free Transform Step & Repeat.  It has always been a bit flakey IME and I use it quite a lot.  It is not good with Smart Objects, for instance.  I have just tested in the Release version and it worked fine with Smart Objects.  If you try with Shape layers, it copies, but adds it to the same layer.  If you make the shape layer a smart object, it then works as it should.

If it is not working for you, I would try using the Essentials workspace if not allready doing so, and resetting that workspace.  If still not working, then I am afraid it probably means resetting Preferences.

Before you take that step, are you sure your workflow is OK?

Create a layer with content that does not fill it.

Copy the layer (Ctrl J)

Free Transform the copy and resizing, moving, changing its angle.

Then Shift Ctrl Alt T as many times as you need

It's a good way of creating layers for frame animations using Layers to Frames.
