Cursor issue

I have a problem with my cursor, while I'm connecting to the 4K monitor:

My cursor (arrow, brush etc) is in the wrong position on artboard and works in other place.
How to fix it?

What computer OS and monitor are you using?

Monitor: AOC u2777pqu

Have you updated your graphics drivers for the AOC to current?

Does the shift happen in all applications or just Photoshop?

Yes, I have updated versions of drivers for videocard and monitor.
This type of bug only in Photoshop: other apps working good.
