Cursor stuck in transform handle

Basically what the title says and the link below is describing

This is a 3 year old problem and STILL in 25.7 this problem is occuring and Adobe hasn't been able to actually fix it permanently. As much as you like to pretend you're patching this bug you're clearly not as it repeatedly gets brought up by multiple people. It's ludicrous and honestly extremely frustrating given the amount of money this company charges for CC.
