Deblur License Plate Help

Hi my buddy's got stolen, can anybody help me to make out what this plate says? Any help would be appreciated. I've been trying to sharpen the image but it's not working so well because they have a tint on their plate. Thank You!

I'm sorry but we can't help with these kinds of requests. In fact looking at these images there's no useful pixel data for the number plate.
