Deselect, invert , cut none of my basic commands are working

All my basic commands suddenly stopped working 

Command X

Commans z

Shift comand I 

etc....

None are working any more and I cant seem to figire out why. Every simgle thing is up to date.

Do Cmd keys work in other apps?

Are the problems only occuring within Photoshop? Are any other programs having issues?
