Device not compatible message

i can't update the latest photoshop V25.0 but its coming up with an error saying my computer isn't compatible but my computer is windows 11 22h2, has anyone come across this is there a way to resolve as i want to use the new features

Is this what you're seeing, with red checkmarks?

Go to Help > System Info, and paste it in a reply here (All of it, it's long).

OK. Do you have a previous PS version installed? Open that and post system info as per above.

I did but then I reinstalled adobe to see if that helped and now its saying I can't download PS as it's not compatible with my device

It's not possible to say anything without information about your system.

What I'm asking is, is there at this time any functional version of Photoshop on your machine? If so, open it and post system info.

If not, post Windows Settings > System > About for a start. Not sure where to get more detailed info from Windows off the top of my head (although I'm sure there's a way).

No it won't let me download PS now it says its not compatible.  Is this what you mean?

@fremily333 what about older versions? Go to the ellipses button ... to the right and install version 22.2 then go to the help menu in PS and copy System Info and paste in a reply.

Thank you all it's fixed now guy where I brought it from fixed it,  there was an error with the Adobe creative could I had installed

Where did you buy it from? "There was an error with the Adobe Creative cloud I had installed" - do you know what specifically was the issue?

do you mean you have win 10 v22H2?  (enter winver over your start button to check)
