When I draw on the tablet the lines I draw are not smooth. What I mean not smooth is hand shaking makes unwanted fuzzy lines.

If your tablet is working well and you installed the last driver for it and the problem still happen it may because you don't use the right brush.
Can you give a screenshot for your line and brush settings ?!
