DirectX 12 su NVIDIA Quadro M1000M non riconosciuta da Photoshop by Photoshop

Ho un laptop con Windows 10, aggiornato all'ultima versione.

All'avvio di Photoshop ottengo il seguente messaggio:

Tuttavia la diagnostica di NVIDIA mi dice che la versione installata è DirectX 12

In aggiunta, ho installato Photoshop su un secondo laptop, identico al precedente.

Nella seconda installazione Photoshop non manda nessun messaggio di errore

To clarify, DirectX 12 is the programming language.

 

However, Feature Level 12, which is what Photoshop requires, is the actual physical capabilities of the card. What it can do.

 

You can't update to Feature Level 12. Your GPU has to be physically able to do it.

@Gianni29178624agsq the error you're seeing in the feature level of the GPU, Photoshop requires a GPU with a feature level of 12.0 and above, also that is not Nvidia diagnostics, it's part of the Windows OS, if you click on the display tab it will tell you what the feature level of the GPU is.
