Disable cloud storage

I apologize if I have missed it in the community posts - I have read a lot of them, but I do not show the option to disable cloud storage in Photoshop 25.2.0.  I really want to disable the cloud storage.  Is there something I can do to shut it off?

@stephanies5214927 are you in a managed environment like Enterprise, Teams or Education? If you are - this may be controlled by your Admin. If not, please confirm that you do not see "Default File Location" under File Handling preferences:

Hi Ged,  Thanks so much for the suggestion.  I am nervous to try this - I am not a very technical person.  If I back up and reset my preferences will that make the option available to see the default file location?
