I have been using photoshop to merge pano's off my drone for almost a year now. Everything worked perfectly until two weeks ago, my panoramas merge but are super warped to the point they are unusable. I have stitched old photos together and they seem to stitch just fine but the newer photos I took arent stitching. Though my drone settings haven't changed either. The photos stitch together perfect in the DJI app but it only produces a JPG file. Any one have any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

Have you tried using ACR? (Adobe Camera Raw). That works well for me.

Yes! Thats what I use. Ive tried lightroom as well and neither program is stitching them together correctly. It will either be warped & not merging one of the photos OR it won't merge them at all.

Attached above is a photo of how warped the photos are after merging in photoshop. As well as one of the 3 photos doesnt seem to be included in adobes 'merged' version. Anyone have this issue? OR has any experience manually stitching DJI panos?

This is common in cases where there are no lines to fillow. Try changing from Automatic mode to another option like reposition. It may take a bit of trial and error to come up with one that works the best for your specific images.
As a last resort you can load the images into layers, and make the canvas size the final image size, then position them yourself. Adding distortion or warping as needed with the transform tools.
