DNG converter for canon R5 mark II CR3 on windows 8.1

Hello everyone,

Recently brought my new canon R5 mark II camera.

I'm still running windows 8.1 on my pc with an old photoshop CC version.

I can't open de new CR3 files from the camera.

Anyone who can help me with this problem?

ps: I can't find a DNG converter that is running well ...

Hey @c1930,

The most current DNG converter will only work on Windows 10 (version v22H2 or later) or Windows 11 (version 21H2 or later). You can read more here:
