Your Portfolio website is included with your paid subscription. Adobe Portfolio is a premium feature, so if you cancel your paid membership and return to the free level of Creative Cloud, your site will remain online for two weeks after the cancellation. After two weeks, your site will come down/offline but can still be accessed through your Editor anytime.

Hi Ranjisha,
if an end user cancel an adobe subscription CC and after 14 days Portfolio site goes offline, Does he lose the assets/projects uploaded? And if the same Adobe ID purchase another CC, does Portfolio site return online with the same contents and user profile automatically?

Ranjisha's last sentence, "After two weeks, your site will come down/offline but can still be accessed through your Editor anytime," seems to indicate that assets will be saved and you can resume progress in the future.
