Just to make sure: What tutorials are you talking about – Photoshop-specific ones or Adobe-in-general?
Could you post an example?

Adobe-in-general, try to folow all of them, there are a lot of differents between the tutorials and the programs, Adobe need to updated them so they fit

As far as Photoshop is concerned at current no Tool/feature comes to my mind that was completely removed aside from Image Ready.
So at least for Photoshop old tutorials may present techniques and workflows for which better and more recently implemented alternatives exist but few should not be applicable at all anymore.

Each tutorial should refer to exact release and its version it was made in.

Hello, there are hundreds of hours of tutorials, they can't be redone at each version (tutorial writers disagree 😉 ) and most of the time, basic functionality is the same.
What should be done, is to write the version they were created in, so that users immediately know how old they are.

I agree with you, but they didn't do that, I would also say that they should write the changes that are likely to be in the new version

Outdated tutorials teach things incorrectly. Why would they have it inside the software at all?
