well I wanted to buy Photoshop to use the beta version of artificial intelligence, I would like to know if I need to have the entire adobe cloud package or I just need the Photoshop subscription and from premiere

If you want use Photoshop you don't have to subscribe the whole Cloud package.

you can subscribe to Photoshop as a single application or you can subscribe the "Photographer Plan" which include Photoshop and also Lightroom.

To clarify, this is the plan you are looking for. You have to scroll down to find it. It's an annual plan at a rate greatly reduced from the single app plan.
