If my friend has a photoshop plan and I don't want to pay for one can we both download photoshop on different computers same plan?

NO. That violates the user agreements. Don't pirate/share software.

Thanks for asking. The answer is no, you can't. The End User License Agreement (EULA) allows no more than one user to use a single-user-license Adobe product. See the FAQs here:

@A34855964c3h0 to answer your question (if its legitimately/legally your app) - yes you can download Adobe software on as many machines as you wish, the licensing however can only be applied on two machines and one run with one at a time. Meaning you have two computers licensed but only one can be active/running.

Your license allows you to install Photoshop on multiple computers and activate it on two. You can use it on one computer at a time.
