I can't download any of the apps that I need.
I cannot download an OS that's more recent. The online help chat provides zero help whatsoever.
There has to be a way to still download them. I know I won't have the latest versions and that's okay. My system isn't brand new, bt it's also not ancient. It's from 2011.
Am I [cursing removed by moderator] ?

Download exactly what applications? You've got to use Adobe Creative Cloud, do you have that installed?
We need a lot more info from you to help.

Make sure that you have enough disk space and are installing from an admin user account.
Unfortunately, neither Apple nor Adobe support High Sierra. You may want to start looking at replacing your computer. I have a 2011 13" MacBook Pro and 2015 15" MacBook Pro that still run great but I'm eyeing an M2 Macbook Air to replace both of them.

When you say download, do you mean download the installer file from Adobe, or install once your have the installer? There should be a .dmg file for each application. For example, Photoshop CC 2020 is "AdobePhotoshop20-mul.dmg" and is 1.76GB. Inside is an install.app, run that.

I'm able to download the installer file AdobePhotoshop20-mul.dmg.
Its when I go to actally install it that I get the error. It's the same error for Lightroom. I've been able to download everything else I need. Appreciate your efforts!

You should still be able to download them directly from here: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2019-direct-download-links.html
