A little tip in advance:
Filling a selection with the foreground colour is very quick in Photoshop with the shortcut [Alt]+[Backspace].

But my honest opinion?
Create everything in Illustrator. It's faster and you have the right tools there.

If you take a closer look at the newly created rounded corners, you will understand why I advise against the Photoshop stroke effect (as I did in your other thread).

I only need only need these type of folders for idetification pupose when those are in Windows explorer. Therefore precision does not a matter.
