Does anyone know what this error message is? I get it every time I try to open a video file in Photoshop. I've literally tried everything - uninstalling/resintalling, using the CC cleaner tool - and nothing works to resolve this issue. Super annoying!
There were no solutions on that thread other than to try clearing the preferences, which I have done multiple times per my first message. Please advise and provide solution.
