I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Photoshop forum, but you need to contact Easy Panel for assistance with their plug-in.

Such plugins should be installed via the Creative Cloud app.

What version of of photoshop and operating system are you using?

There have been reports that some of the plugins won't install in the Photoshop 25.9 beta.

Good point Jeff, I forgot to ask the same – as this is a UXP panel it will not work with versions earlier than v2021 (?).
