Embroidery filter is not showing in my photoshop 26.2

I have the latest version of Photoshop 26.2 downloaded, but I am not seeing the parametric filters option. What is going on?

Are you using Photoshop (Beta) (which is at 26.4 now)? 

Or has the feature been announced to be in the general release yet?

I do not see a 26.4 beta on my Creative Cloud. How do I find where to download it?
