EnableInfo variable for 3D layer?

Is there a PSHOP_* EnableInfo variable for know if a selected layer is a 3D layer? ... or is there any other way to enable/disable a plugin menu when a 3D layer is selected?

No. That is not a property that the EnableInfo has.
