Hello everyone, I'm in a bit of a panic since I was working on my drawings in .psd on my iPad and I can't use the eraser anymore.
It's been several months that I was working on it without any problem, I was erasing and drawing. Suddenly this tool does not work anymore, and I get a program error message. "Impossible to use the eraser due to a program error". However my brush tool is still working

I don't know what to do, I don't know what this is due to.
And I press the fact that I'm on iPad, I can't look at the Ps Windows tutorials.

Thanks in advance

Does this happen when erasing on all documents?

If you quit and relaunch the does it work?

Looks like the layer is locked. If you click the three dots (...) at the bottom on the bar on the right side and select "unlock layer" does it work?

I have tried to erase on old documents that I have processed before and I can't erase either.
I have uninstalled, turned off my iPad and reinstalled the app once I turned it back on, several times and nothing works.
Just like unlocking the layer, it doesn't work

and When I unlock, the lock is still there by the way
And if the problem came from the lock, I don't think the brush would work, but in my case, it does

My hypothesis is that it could be from the .psd format itself, since if I open another document in .jpeg it works.
I'm not sure what it is due to

Engineering is stumped. Would be possible to get a screen recording and share the PSDC file you're having trouble with?
