Correct answer AlanGilbertson

Unfortunately, that version of Photoshop requires a CPU with AVX-2 support. This is a matter of hardware compatibility, so I don't think there's going to be any way to bypass it. The information is here: https://helpx-origin-ew1.aws116.adobeitc.com/uk/photoshop/desktop/get-started/technical-requirements-installation/adobe-photoshop-on-desktop-technical-requirements.html

Hi @paulo_8095,

I understand your frustration, but I’d like to clarify the situation clearly. Photoshop requires a processor that supports AVX2. This is a hardware requirement, not a software bug or a language/support issue. If your CPU does not support AVX2, Photoshop 27.2 cannot be installed or run on that machine, and there is no workaround to bypass this requirement.

Photoshop is available in Portuguese (Brazil), and Adobe also provides HelpX documentation in pt-BR. The language is not the cause of this issue.

Best,
