ERRO NO PHOTO SHOP

Olá
estou com meu programa Photoshop travando a todo momento, trabalho com ele todos os dias e tá atrasando meus trabalhos, na hora que abre qualquer arquivo diz que deu erro ao abrir no programa, ao fazer novos arquivos trava, ao transformar um objeto trava também, não sei mais o que fazer. Já instalei várias vezes o programa e não tem solução, estou com a versão 23.1.1

You don't have install the latest version. The recent version is 23.2.1.

Please install the update of the latest version and check again.

Another try is to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

You can alos try it to turning on the option »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop.

• Adobe product and version number
• Operating system and version number
• The full text of any error message (s)
• What you were doing when the problem occurred
• Screenshots of the problem
• Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
