When attempting to install the latest update to Photoshop the update failed due to a 145 error. I uninstalled PS and when I tried to install I received the same code. Below is a copy of the error.

Are you running under an adminstrator account with full read/write access to the folder locations?
145 is an overwrite permissions error - it has nothing to do with the installer package, rather it normally means a user account with limited access cannot run upgrades.

If you are running an Admin account, try uninstalling Photoshop then reinstalling the updated version.
