Hello, check to make sure Photoshop is listed, checked, and active in the list under Apple System Preferences/Security & Privacy/Full Disk Access. Restart PS.

The location of your save could also be a problem; if it's an external disc, MacOS expects it to be formatted with AFPS rather than ExFat.

The other issue could be where you are saving to - if it is an external disk MacOS requires it to be AFPS, not ExFat formatted.
