My workarround will also work for you, I´m quit sure:Re: Photoshop 2018 Memory IssueAdobe knows the problem as they told me in a support chat. They will fix it, was their promise. Believe or believe not!

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
