When I try to update to the latest version of Photoshop, it always fails at about 46%. I tried searching for the error code and looking for fixes. It appears that it is trying to create a key in the registry. I tried following the Adobe fix for this error code. When I find photoshop.exe in the registry key, the permission boxes are grey. I click on advanced and it shows that Administrator aleady has full access. Photoshop does appear to run after the failure and is the latest version. But the link to start it is missing from the start menu. I had to creat my own short cut. So I'm not sure what to do here.
