Error: Liquify Tool Will Not Open

Hello,

Unfortunately, I am given this error message when I try to open the liquify tool. How can I remedy this? I would truly appreciate the guidance!

Try opening Preferences > Performance. (Under Photoshop menu on Mac; under Edit menu on PC). Take the check mark OFF of Use Graphic Processor.
