Error message after opening image

Hi Everyone

I hope someone can help me?! Everytime I open an image, generally a PNG, in Photoshop this message appears after a few seconds, not allowing me to click anything. Once I choose to click send report Photoshop then closes.

Any advice please? I can't get anything done!

What is your OS and version?

How much memory do you have?

What is your GPU?

What is your free disk space?

What is your Photoshop version?

When did it start? After installing and update?

Does it appear also by opening JPEG files? TIFF Files? PSD files?
