Error: start command queue error HRESULT error not enough memory resouces are available to complete this operation.

I have installed real paint fx extension through orange box. When i apply the effect it gives error as shown in screenshot attached.

My specs: core i5 + 16 Gb Ram + 256gb SSD +AMD hd 8690m

Is there anyone who can help me?

What version of Photoshop and are you certain the plugin is compatible with it?

The Nvidia 710 seris is well below the minimum specs for current Adobe  Photoshop builds:
