Error 'There is a problem with Generator' occurs when launching Photoshop

I can't export from photoshop on my Mac it error message any help please

I missed that yo were on a MAC, you could even try with disabling Generator. See the following link as well

I did all that nothing works I even had Adobe agent get to my Mac and he could not even fix it
